Before returning any item, contact us at (905) 870-2806 for a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number cannot be accepted.

Please note that custom or special orders are non-refundable unless an error was made by Rumors Safety Zone. Merchandise that is used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

SHIPPING

Orders that contain products that are in stock will ship in 1-2 business days. Special orders will be shipped as soon as possible – check with our staff for a shipping window estimate.

Online orders are shipped from our location in Hamilton, Ontario via Purolator ground. Shipping costs are calculated through the Purolator app during the check out process.
